I went to get help for a older car part.. looking for it almost 6myhs now ....Sky was nice but the younger guy in parts, wasn't. He was very rude, talking down to me. Telling me that I should just get the almost $500 part from the dealership......But I should be use to it by now.... because I usually get "those type of guys" whenever I talk about repairing cars..... I've been repairing cars, before I knew how to drive....(almost 40yrs). I guess, I will just be going back to the Mack Chevrolet dealership for help getting my old car parts help.

When I arrived to your dealership, the service Man Reggie was very VERY professional, he helped me with my problem and sought out other issues that I was unaware of and now my vehicle rides even better, I love this dealership and would/have recommended others to take their vehicles for any problems or even an inspection. GREAT JOB REGGIE!!!

Service Center: From Intake, Reggie is wonderful and an asset to the dealership. I have been a customer for abt 3yrs. Service was wonderful at the beginning but I have been noticing a downward trend. Techs not fixing the proper parts the first time then expecting customers to pay for the service the second time around again. I paid apprx $1,100 to supposedly fix a ball joint in my Chevy. I was informed by Reggie, stating the tech diagnosed 2 control arms needed, which assist the ball joints. They kept my vehicle for a week with no loaner, and i also paid abt $600 for my own rental vehicle! GM no longer reimburses rental costs for out of warranty vehicles. Continuing on, I then picked up my vehicle one morning and went to work, looked in the trunk and saw my old parts were not in my vehicle, as this would serve proof of what was removed and fixed. I called Reggie & he apologized for the tech(s) not giving my old parts back. Later that morning, I went out on my lunch hour, then my vehicle began making the same noise, in the same wheel again! Did they try to do a cheap quick balljoint fix and I wouldn't know?!?! So I dispute the charge and my CU wanted me to reconcile with Jefferson Chevrolet first. I go back after Christmas, they keep my vehicle two days, then want to diagnose the vehicle with bad rotors and brakes which I ALREADY knew about, because GENESIS Chevrolet, is waiting for JEFFERSON Chevrolet, to complete their screw up!! So Jefferson Chevrolet charges me $130 to get my vehicle back because that's the diagnose cost. They then tell my CREDIT Union "I told them to fix the control arms". So why did I pay a diagnosis cost the first time if you already knew what I told you to fix?! I guess they forgot that's on my receipt! Ha! STAY AWAY IF I WERE YOU! My advice would be to go elsewhere. Don't pay for your service in cash if you do! They charge 2% to use your card because the owner knows this will deter customers from using their debit/credit card in order to avoid chargebacks for terrible or non service complaints. For the last two years, I find myself overspending for simple repair service(s) I thought was reputable, but now I see different. Quality work is declining here & i just go into debt every time i deal with them. I'm done! My days of service were 12/27/23

Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left. The service desk, the cashier , and even the guy who did my oil change greeted me and engaged in small conversation. The cashier even told me about signing up for the my Chevy app so I can get into the rewards program. I really appreciate the kind treatment on my first visit there. I now plan to be a forever customer.

It was an amazing experience. This was my first time financing a car. My sales person Darryl was awesome and made me feel at ease with this being my first time. I will definitely refer my family and friends.

My truck broke down in the middle of a business trip. Reggie and his team got me back on the road the next day. Very professional, would absolutely take my vehicles to them anytime.

They kept my vehicle for 30 days without contacting me; or answering my repeated phone calls. When I told the receptionist I would contact a lawyer to sue, she transferred me to the General Manager. He got the Service Department to call me back & I was able to pick my vehicle up less than 24 hours later. They did repair it to my satisfaction, but I cancelled 2 necessary doctor appointments & walked to my dentist appointment 2x because I did not have a car for 30 days! Poor Customer Service, Jefferson Chevrolet! I will only return if there is a recall on my airbags, or other part of my car! Update: my car did the exact same thing & I had to have it towed to this dealership less than 24 hours later!😡 They have not called me to say anything about what they are doing to repair my vehicle; but are trying to convince me it cannot be repaired. I smell a rat!

I was able to bring my car in for an estimate the same day. Most Chevy dealerships I called wouldn't look at my car for 3-4 months. Charlie helped me out with getting the part ordered quickly and updating me when my car was ready. I'm extremely satisfied with how I was treated and the fixes to my car. Thank you!
